Principle Advisor

Following a 26 year career at Microsoft across a number of technical and commercial / sales roles, Neil was most recently a Global Commercial Executive who led the negotiation of complex deals and partnerships with some of the world's largest organizations.Neil has created an Independent Microsoft technology advisory, licensing and commercial strategy practice. It exists for one purpose: to ensure that organisations get the best possible strategic and commercial outcomes from their Microsoft relationships — independently, without conflicts of interest, and with the depth of knowledge that comes from having sat on the other side of the table for over two decades. The practice is built on a simple premise: the most valuable advisor in a Microsoft negotiation is one who has years of experience of how Microsoft thinks, and can align client needs with Microsoft's evolving strategy to achieve the best partnership for both parties. That knowledge cannot be acquired purely from a licensing guide or a partner accreditation. It comes from years of direct experience in customer account teams, technology evolutions and negotiations.
